If you are having problems with debt you may find this guide useful when planning your next move.

Loan Application
Click here to download a loan application form.  This needs to be compleated, signed and accompanied by proof of the income you have listed on your form.  If you are applying for more than £1000.00 your last months bank statement should also be included.  If you applying for more than £3000.00 you will need to include your last three months bank statements.  Photocopies of your proof are acceptable however your signature must be an original.  If you do not have a bank account please note this on your form.  If you have any questions regarding applying for a loan or compleating your form, please contact us on 01443 777043 or email stonemanc@dragonsavers.org

Please fill in two copies of this form and return to Dragonsavers Credit Union. We will authorise the forms and forward them to the Payroll Dept.
