The Board of Directors oversee all aspects of the credit union's operations, and facilitates its mission to be a first choice provider of affordable financial services for the people of Rhondda Cynon Taff.   

The Board of Directors are responsible for the long term strategic direction, development and success of the organisation and report to the membership at the Annual General Meeting. The Board meet on a monthly basis to monitor the Credit Union's progress and operational success in conjunction with the manager and her team.
